Cookies, measurement: This website uses cookies to measure traffic: we collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about how many visitors come, which pages they view and where they arrive from. We show no advertising and embed no social features. One contact form is available on the website; a separate section below covers it. We use Google Analytics for this; the cookies last about 2 years.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without your consent we store no cookies and collect no data that identifies you. The measurement code still loads, but in a restricted, consent-free mode: in this state only cookieless, non-identifying, aggregated signals may reach Google (for example, the fact that a page was loaded), from which you cannot be identified. Detailed traffic measurement begins only after you consent. You can give consent via the cookie banner and withdraw it at any time (delete the cookies, or choose “Decline” when the banner reappears).
Recipient, transfer: the measurement data is processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited), which may also transfer it to the United States under its compliance mechanisms.
Contact form: A contact form is available on the second opinion page. Data processed: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, your answer to whether an MRI or CT scan has already been taken, and the short message you write. Purpose: solely to answer your enquiry and to arrange an appointment. We do not use the data for any other purpose and do not pass it to third parties. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox before you submit the form. Health data: the form is not intended for it. Please do not write symptoms, medical history or findings into it, and do not send attachments. We discuss those at the consultation. Processor: submissions are stored by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., United States), the host of this website. The transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. Retention: we keep a submission for at most 12 months after the enquiry is closed, then delete it. Response time: a few working days. You can withdraw your consent at any time at [email protected], and we will delete your submission.
